About Us
Savile Lloyd is the sister company of Setsquare Recruitment and has been in operation providing staff on an international basis since 1997. We have successfully placed senior and middle management staff in all areas of the International arena. Our main focus in recent years has been in the Build/Civils and Gas and Oil markets. We have successfully secured preferred supplier status to major construction and project management companies. Obtaining supplier status and retaining the status is hard fought and we do not take anything for granted. We fully understand the needs of the client to provide results to retain preferred status.
Search and Select
Under our International moniker of Savile Lloyd we have successfully provided clients with a tailor made service. This could involve anything from a full assignment to providing a function within the segments that make up the whole search and select process.
Our Mantra
We believe that the very first part of the process in servicing a client is the relationship that the recruiter forms with the client. Trust, integrity and knowledge are the key issues. To be effective we believe you have to be transparent, fair and trustworthy. Allow Savile Lloyd a brief for a requirement, and be assured that you will only get candidates that match the profile. We do not condone the practise of 'mail shotting' CVs to clients. We will only forward details that we believe will spare the client the endless task of selecting out the relevant information. We are, in our words, "old school" in our duty of care to the client. We are confident that our high standards reflect the financial investment the client makes for a professional service.
The Savile Lloyd Team
Lead by Carlton Mileham, with a vast experience of UK and International construction recruitment. Carlton is also a main Board Director for the holding company Watson Ltd. Hailing from a background in Engineering he has established a strong team of experienced recruitment consultants. The background of the team's experience is a mixture of International Recruitment and Construction backgrounds. All have been with the company for many years and have established strong relationships with clients and candidates.

Since commencing with Savile Lloyd in 2009 I have really enjoyed the challenge of re-sourcing and maintaining the database for international candidates market. |
Tony Flitton - Started his career as a site engineer and has been involved in the construction industry for over 20 years. Within that time he has gained 12 plus years experience of specialist construction recruitment covering a wide range of sectors both in the UK and Overseas. |
