Description
Our client is a leading multinational engineering services provider and general contractor who specializes in mission critical turnkey solutions. Employing over 750 professionals and deliver leading-edge construction solutions across a range of key sectors including Data Centre’s, Healthcare, Life Sciences and Technology, Fire protection, Building Services, and Technical Support Services. They are currently looking for a CSA Lead to join them on a Data Centre projects in various European locations, such as the Netherlands and Madrid.
You will be responsible for:
- Manage and coordinate all CSA works on site, including civil, structural, and architectural elements, ensuring alignment with project specs and programme.
- Oversee CSA subcontractors to ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery of all construction activities.
- Review and validate drawings, specifications, and method statements, ensuring accuracy and constructability.
- Work closely with design, MEP, and OFCI teams to ensure clash-free installation and seamless integration of CSA with all other trades.
- Monitor progress against programme and proactively address delays or issues to maintain milestones.
- Ensure compliance with local building regulations, health & safety standards, and client-specific data centre requirements.
- Lead daily and weekly site coordination meetings with subcontractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
- Support QA/QC efforts through inspections, documentation, and resolution of non-conformances.
- Track and manage design changes, RFIs, and technical queries related to CSA scope.
- Assist with the preparation of handover documentation, including as-builts and O&M records for the CSA package.
You Will Need:
- A degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years’ experience in a CSA Lead, Site Manager, or Construction Supervisor role on large-scale commercial or mission-critical projects (data centre experience preferred).
- Strong technical knowledge of civil, structural, and architectural packages, including groundworks, concrete, steel, building envelope, and internal fit-out.
- Proven ability to coordinate subcontractors, manage programme, and drive quality and safety on site.
- Familiarity with European construction standards, local building codes, and data centre specifications.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, method statements, and specifications.
- Experience using project tools like Navisworks, AutoCAD, Procore, or similar construction management platforms.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and delivery-focused mindset.
