Project Manager

Our client is a leading multinational engineering services provider and general contractor, employing over 2,000 people. They deliver cutting-edge construction solutions across sectors including Data Centres, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Technology, and Building Services. They are currently seeking a Project Manager for a major Data Centre project in Germany.

You will be responsible for:

• Overall management and delivery of the data centre project, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets are met.

• Leading and coordinating multidisciplinary teams, including engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.

• Managing client relationships and communication throughout the project lifecycle.

• Monitoring project risks and implementing mitigation strategies.

• Ensuring compliance with health and safety, quality, and environmental standards.

• Reporting project progress to senior management and stakeholders.

You will need:

• Extensive experience managing large-scale construction projects, preferably in data centres.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Strong financial and commercial acumen.

• Ability to manage diverse teams and complex project interfaces.

• Commitment to health, safety, and environmental compliance.
