Description

Our client is a leading multinational engineering services provider and general contractor, employing over 2,000 people. They deliver cutting-edge construction solutions across sectors including Data Centres, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Technology, and Building Services. They are currently seeking a CSA Construction Manager to join their major Data Centre project in Groningen.

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing the civil, structural, and architectural construction activities on site, ensuring timely, safe, and quality delivery.

  • Coordinating with design, procurement, and subcontractor teams to resolve technical and logistical challenges.

  • Leading and supervising CSA site teams and subcontractors to achieve project milestones and compliance with health and safety standards.

  • Monitoring progress and costs, reporting to senior management, and implementing corrective actions when necessary.

  • Ensuring quality standards and regulatory requirements are consistently met throughout the CSA scope.

 

You will need:

  • Proven experience managing CSA works on large-scale construction projects, preferably data centres.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.

  • Knowledge of civil, structural, and architectural construction methods and compliance.

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Commitment to health, safety, and quality standards.
