Description

Our client is a leading multinational engineering services provider and general contractor, employing over 2,000 people. They deliver cutting-edge construction solutions across sectors including Data Centres, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Technology, and Building Services. They are currently seeking a CSA Package Manager to join their major Data Centre project in Amsterdam.

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing the Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) package on site, ensuring all works are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.

  • Leading and coordinating CSA teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve project milestones and quality standards.

  • Planning, monitoring, and reporting on CSA progress, risks, and issues, implementing corrective actions as required.

  • Liaising with design, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams to resolve any technical or logistical challenges.

  • Managing cost control activities for the CSA package, including forecasting, variations, and final account.

  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, environmental regulations, and company policies throughout all CSA works.

  • Maintaining clear communication with project management and other package managers to align overall project delivery.

 

You will need:

  • Proven experience (typically 5+ years) managing CSA packages on large-scale construction projects, preferably data centres or industrial facilities.

  • Strong knowledge of civil, structural, and architectural construction methods and standards.

  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage teams, subcontractors, and multiple stakeholders effectively.

  • Sound understanding of health, safety, and quality compliance.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary project environments and handle multiple priorities.
